Flourishing Through Change: Innovation, Strength, and Growth

Thank you to the 1,309 attendees, 165+ exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and volunteers who helped make the 2025 MARRCH Annual Conference & Expo our most impactful event yet. Over three energizing days at the Saint Paul RiverCentre, our community came together to explore what it truly means to flourish through change—as individuals, as organizations, and as a field.

This year’s theme, Flourishing Through Change: Innovation, Strength, and Growth, captured the spirit of a profession navigating rapid transformation while remaining deeply committed to the people and communities we serve. Across keynotes, breakout sessions, and hallway conversations, we saw firsthand the resilience, creativity, and leadership that define Minnesota’s substance use disorder workforce.

A Strong and Engaged Community

The conference welcomed 1,309 professionals from across the state and region, creating an unmatched environment for connection and collaboration. Attendees had access to:

50+ breakout sessions offering up to 18 CE hours
Three compelling keynote speakers, each delivering a unique lens on leadership, recovery, and the future of behavioral health
Dedicated networking opportunities to strengthen our shared commitment to advancing SUD care

From early-morning sessions to late-afternoon discussions, the energy across all three days was exceptional.

A Full and Expansive Expo Hall

Our expanded Expo Hall was full, featuring 165+ exhibitors showcasing the latest tools, technologies, and programs supporting substance use disorder services. The hall served as a hub of innovation—connecting attendees with solution providers, sparking new partnerships, and highlighting resources that directly support front-line work.

Bring your 2023 Vision to the Attendees of the MARRCH Spring Conference

April 20-21, 2023 | Breezy Point, Minnesota

MARRCH’s Spring Conference is designed to bring together leaders from MARRCH Member Organizations, MARRCH Committees and Section Participants, MARRCH Partners for two days of interactive learning. The Conference will hold two tracks: Leadership and Refining Clinical Skills.

MARRCH is known for being the best resource for innovative and cutting-edge educational experiences and updates from industry experts, and we want you to be a part of it! As the Education Committee begins planning for the MARRCH Spring Conference, we ask that you consider speaking at this year’s event.

Submit your proposal online by February 3, 2023, to be considered for the 2023 Spring Conference!
