Exhibit Booth Representatives:

  1. Booths come with ONE full registration for ONE person on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
  2. The name tag will get the included booth representative into seminars and lunch on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

Additional Representatives:

  1. Each additional representative is $100.
  2. The additional representative fee includes food and beverage, and does not include CEs.
  3. MARRCH will collect the names of your additional representatives 4-5 weeks prior to the conference.

Exhibit booths

Exhibit booths will be located in Grand Ballrooms ABC and EFG at the RiverCentre. Each booth will be 8 x 10 feet and will include the following: 8-foot high background drape, 3-foot high side drape, one draped 6-foot table with two chairs, and a 44-inch x 7-inch, one-line sign. 2014 show colors are purple and white. Additional furniture, equipment and signs can be rented from Brede Convention Services, the designated tradeshow vendor. Their telephone number is (612) 331-4540. For your convenience, we have included a copy of the floor plan at the RiverCentre.

Brede will send a complete exhibitor service kit with detailed information on rentals, shipping, set-up at RiverCentre, etc., to exhibitors approximately five to six weeks prior to the show dates. Please note: You will save 30 to 40 percent by placing your orders in advance with Brede.

Booth Assignments

Exhibit booth space is based on a first-come, first-served basis. The exhibit application must be completed with payment to confirm a booth space. MARRCH will make final booth assignments based on sponsorship contributions, membership status, requested booths and registration date.

Exhibit hours and setup

Exhibit days are Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The setup date for booths will be Monday, Oct. 27 between 7:00 and 9:00 a.m. Exhibit breakdown will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 29, not before.

Submission deadlines

To have your organization listed as an exhibitor in the registration brochure, the submission deadline is August 8, 2043. To be listed in the onsite brochure, the application deadline is October 1, 2014.
