MARRCH Strongly Opposes Proposed Drug Screening Legislation

MARRCH leadership has sent a letter to Minnesota House and Senate authors of legislation that proposes drug screening for Minnesotans who receive MFIP or general assistance. The letters termed the legislation "discriminatory" and "unconstitutional."
