  • Sponsoring company is responsible for creating, ordering, and delivering the bags to the MARRCH office by April 3, 2018

Promotional Flyer Sponsor

$250 for MARRCH Members, $300 for Nonmembers

  • Companies are able to place a flyer at the registration desk
  • Sponsoring company must print approximately 175 copies of flyer and provide it to the MARRCH office by April 3, 2018

Exhibit-Only Option

$325 for MARRCH Members, $425 for Nonmembers

  • One exhibit booth
  • One booth representative that has access to the exhibit floor and all meals (No CEUs Included)

Additional Booth Representatives

The cost of an additional booth representative is $125. This fee includes access to the exhibit hall, food, beverage, and does NOT include CEUs. Watch for an email about additional representative names prior to the conference.

Application deadlines:

To be listed on signage, applications must be received by April 3, 2018. All applications to exhibit/sponsor must be accompanied by full payment to be secured.

Cancellation policy:

All sponsor and exhibitor cancelations received by April 3, 2018 will receive a 50% refund. Cancelations after April 3, 2018 are nonrefundable. Notices of cancelation must be emailed to sarahe@marrch.org.
