MARRCH would like to recognize:
- Billie Hahn, LADC, employed by New Ulm Medical Center as a Case Manager and Primary Counselor for the Blue Earth County Drug Court Treatment Program, located in Mankato, Billie has worked for a number of organizations in south-central Minnesota providing outpatient substance abuse treatment services

- Cathy Cerra,
President, ADAP Consulting, MARRCH Vice President
- Fred Crea, Sr. Chemical Health Counselor at Hennepin County Methadone Program. Crea’s past experience includes evaluations for UMMC, work on a NIDA cocaine treatment study through the U of M, counseling for Jamestown (Adolescent residential Tx), group work for CREATE, and internships at ON-TOP (now part of Prevention Alliance).
Career Milestones — 45+ years:
MARRCH would like to recognize:
- Harry Swift, LADC, currently working at Wilderness Outpatient Treatment Program in Grand Marais, Minnesota.
MARRCH would also like to recognize valuable colleagues who we lost this year:
- Garth Barker, director of Fountain Centers, passed away suddenly in June 2007. He was instrumental in the operation of various CD treatment centers over the past 20 years in Minnesota. He was present during the Rule formation that effects treatment programs, was a peer reviewer, and strong MARRCH supporter. He was a tireless proponent of people receiving help for their affliction.
- Richard Diver passed away on Oct. 12 after being active in the field for more than 20 years at agencies such as Muskegon and the Mille Lacs Indian Community.
